Absolutely. Your privacy is a top priority. All sessions are confidential, with a few legal exceptions which we’ll explain in your first session.
Most sessions are 50 minutes long. Frequency can vary depending on your goals and preferences—weekly, biweekly, or as needed.
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may incur a fee. We understand that life happens—just let us know as soon as you can.
